ArcoAgro - Spring

Arco Agro Spring - type semi-mounted SUKOV plough makes it possible to plow soil from any side, without furrows. This makes the pre-sowing soil preparation much easier. The plow can be equipped with backfiller for plant residues, coulters, and height/side adjustable smooth, cogged or sole disc cutters.

The front support connects the plough with the tractor and it is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders that turn the plough on both sides in working and transportation positions, when the share beams are horizontal. Linking with a fork-type three-point suspension category 2 or 3. The semi-mounted plough frame is made of high quality micro-alloyed steel profile 160x160x10-12.5.

The plough is turned using stable revolving mechanism with two large hydraulic cylinders, with sufficient force without shocks. Precise slant is set by screws, for each side separately. Continuous setting of the first share engagement (behind the tractor wheels) is done by moving the entire frame without changing the traction point. An axle with a tire-equipped wheel is attached to the frame – the wheel serves for transportation, plowing and as a depth wheel. The plowing depth is adjusted easily by turning over the zinc-plated inserts on the piston-rod of the hydraulic cylinder, which also serves as a stop. The ploughshares are secured against excessive load and damage by a non-stop securing mechanism. Continuous operation of the securing mechanism is provided by a plate spring. Replacement parts in the most strained spots of moldboards, as well as other parts, are made of high quality heat-processed refined material.
